Charms and Spells
These are some of my favourites. I have included them here for your entertainment and amusement.
Love Spell
This spell should be carried out on the three nights prior to a full moon. Try to find the prettiest mirror you have or decorate a plain one with pictures of love images like cupids or roses.
You will need two candles - one for you and one for your prospective partner. The colours pink and green are best. In a darkened room place your candles in front of the mirror and light them, the pink one first. Take both a pink and white rose and rest them where they will receive the reflected candle light.

Look between the candles into the mirror and call for your love if you know him, or for the unknown person who is waiting for you. ''I call to you my love to come to me of your own free will. Let me see your image in the mirror and then let us meet so that we may be together.'' As you say these words move the candles closer and closer and then the roses. You may now see the image in the mirror of your soon to be loved one.
You will need to perform this ritual more than once as at first the image may be blurred. You may only see the person as an after image when you blow out the candles. Keep speaking the words of love.
On the second night relight the candles, but this time light the green one first. Repeat the ritual, again bringing the candles close together. The image in the mirror may be clearer now . Try smiling and the other person may smile back.
You may now recognise the person. Sometime our love is someone seen every day. Speak the words of love and this time blow out first your candle and then the others.
Leave the candles and flowers in place and on the third night light some love oil like patchoili, neroli, lavender or jasmine and breathe in the fragrance as you transmit your thoughts to your love.
This last time bring the candles close together so that they touch and finish by tying the roses together with pink or white twine using seven knots.
Knot one for love, knot two for joy, knot three for hope, knot four for passion, knot five for faithfulness. Knot six for harmony and knot seven for forever being joined.
Look once more into the mirror and see both you and your love bcoming one. Let the candles burn out naturally in the wax. You can trace your initials and that of your love if he is known. If he is as yet unknown then draw a heart with a question mark. When the candles have burnt out cut out the heart with a black handled knife and place it with the flowers in a white silk scarf.

Money Spell.
The money tree.
We all know the expression - money doesn't grow on trees but this time we can use a tree to focus our inner energies of money making schemes.
Find a small branch, hopefully one that is still flowering or one that is fruiting. Use one of the trees associated with abundance such as an ash or chestnut and plant it in a pot together with a crystal such as a tree agate or moss agate.
As you fill the pot run the soil through your hands and affirm - '' I ask you to help my financial prospects grow in the warmth of the Sun and the light of the Moon. Allow me to provide for both me and mine for our future.''
Take seven small quartz crystals or seven silver coins and using a substance like blue tac hang them on the branches with ribbons saying as you attach them - '' As I hang you in my tree may you grow to multiply and bear fruit so that I may prosper and grow with you''
Water your money tree each day saying '' Water of life flow into my tree so that I may be able to meet my financial obligations''
Every day water the tree and repeat the affirmations.
If the tree seems to be dying then plant a second and transfer the crystals or coins.
As your tree flourishes so should your financial circumstances improve.

This is one of my favourite Rainbow rituals and is taken from
Magic and Ritual by Cassandra Eason.
Rainbows are always associated with good fortune and the fairy folk and most rainbow rituals centre around find your own crock of gold.
This rainbow ritual is for Happiness.
When you see the Rainbow , go out of doors and mark with a stick or stone the centre of the rainbow as viewed from the place where you are working.
Walk nine foot lengths below the point where you stand, then nine foot lengths to your left. Turn and walk eighteen foot lengths to the right to mark your symbolic rainbow's beginning and end.
Stand at the beginning of your rainbow and using small white stones or rainbow crystals if possible, mark our the curve of the rainbow. As you do so focus on your need and chant ~
Rainbow, rainbow
Magic Measure
On the path I wend.
Let me find the treasure
At the rainbow's end.
When you reach your rainbow's end, place a tiny offeringl there. It could be a small crystal or pretty stone.
Leave your rainbow in place until the rainbow in the sky has faded.
