Ananda's GemFlower Essences

~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~

This is how I make my Flower and Gem essences. It is very easy and you don't

have to grow them - just collect them from the countryside around you.

The Gemstone is usually a clear quartz as it empowers all essences but

you can choose another providing the stone is hard. Never use Malachite as

it is soft and could poison you.

Method . 1. Choose your flower - intuit or by colour

or by vibration - it might even call to you.

.
Take one glass bowl (pudding bowl siz
e, must be clear not patterned)

Fill with Spring water - or bottled water.

Find your flowers and if possible take your dish and water to the flowers.

Sometimes you can't do this if it's in someone else's garden/field .

It must also be a sunny day.

Fill your bowl with water. Place the cleansed crystal in the water

Pick the flowers ( ask them first ) without touching the heads.

Cover the surface of the water with flowers.

Leave for a minimum of 2 hours in sun. Remove the flowers with a stick

or something natural - do not use your fingers.

Take one dark sterilised small bottle (about 4-5''high). Half fill with brandy

(or vodka) and then pour flower water through fine muslin and fill the bottle.

Label and then meditate on the essence to intuit it's use. Place

in a dark place. This is your Mother Tincture Bottle.

2.To Make preparation bottles.
Take 10ml dark blue or brown bottles. You can buy these from
any aromatherapy dealer.
Sterilize. Fill bottle with brandy and add 2 - 4 drops of the Mother
Tincture and label 'stock'.

You make up your treatment bottles from this.

3. The treatment bottle is the third stage and this is to be used
by the recipient in about 1 - 2 weeks.
Make this by combining whichever remedies they require
ie 2 drops of each essence into a 1 oz dropper bottle - a teasp
brandy and top up with spring water.
Then take 4 drops of this 4 times a day - in water, juice or
under
the tongue. Hold in mouth for a few seconds before swallowing.

The Flower Essences of Dr Bach

The late Dr. Edward Bach was a physician and Harley street consultant who

gave up a lucrative practice in 1930 to devote his time to perfecting this

system of healing. He realised that every disease is the physically tangible,
